Peanut The Squirrel’s Plea for Liberty
In a home filled with kindness, a dark knock came,
New York’s agents arrived with hearts aflame.
For Peanut the squirrel, no mercy found,
A pet’s simple life, now heaven bound.
Mark and Daniela watched in fear,
As agents closed in, making it clear:
Peanut the squirrel, their friend so dear,
Would pay with his life for laws unclear.
Peanut, a hero to young and old,
A source of joy, both brave and bold.
He touched the world with his furry grace,
But now was condemned by a state’s disgrace.
No threat was he, no harm, no dread,
Just a rescued pet with a life well-led.
Yet for “paperwork” missed, his fate was sealed,
By a power that wields injustice as steel.
While borders are open and laws left lax,
They came for a squirrel with swift attacks.
An “illegal” pet, so they claimed with pride,
While ignoring crime and chaos on every side.
The only way to end this madness and strife,
To save the squirrels and defend all life,
Is to stand together and have our say —
Elect Donald J. Trump on Election Day. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
